Ladies Power Lifting -

Ladies, if you are looking to up your fitness routine, then this one is for you. This 12-week course is designed to help you learn proper form, exercises, training techniques, and safety when it comes to power lifting.

Personal trainer, Austin Klaus, will design these group sessions to help you build strength and confidence - regardless of your fitness level.

Group sessions meet in the Wellness Center. Next session begins: March 9 - May 27

Time: Mondays and/or Wednesdays from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Location: Wellness Center Weight Room

12-week Program Cost:

  • $150 for 1x per week
  • $200 for 2x per week
