Get Fit!Step aerobics improves cardiovascular fitness while working every major muscle group. These classes are designed for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Class size is limited. Power Stretch
Stretching exercises based on yoga movements will be used to enhance your flexibility, movement, strength and balance. This class is geared for all age groups. If you want to increase your flexibility and range of motion, this class is for you.

Tired of working out alone? Need some motivation? Try our new Fitness Buddy Program. One punch gets you a 30-minute workout with one of our fitness buddies. Your fitness buddy will encourage & motivate you to help you achieve your current workout goals. See the Courtesy Desk for schedules and punch cards.

Fitness Yoga
No meditation involved. You get the strength, balance and flexibility of traditional yoga with a little cardio thrown in - you might even work up a sweat!
