PreNatal Pre and PostNatal Exercise Class This class is taught by a therapist-trained instructor. All participants are required to turn in a physician's release form before starting this 3-month program. This class will focus on improving strength and endurance while preparing your body for pregnancy, delivery, and care of your newborn. We offer land and aquatic classes.
