Aquatic Physical Therapy
We are proud to be able to offer Aquatic Physical Therapy in conjunction with
Decatur Memorial Hospital. With your doctor's order, we can provide
therapy for Members and Prospective Members alike. We have
been able to help improve the quality of life for folks with
arthritis, fibromyalgia, strokes and various other
surgical conditions.

The YMCA in collaboration with Pathways To Independence provides swimming programs for persons with disabilities. Pathways To Independence provides a parent/child program, in the Instructional/Therapy Pool.

improve endurance, in the

Aquatic Exercise
This course is an aquatic exercise program designed by the National
MS Society with the MS population in mind. Focus is on increased cardiovascular
endurance, flexibility and balance as well as strength building.
