used to enhance your flexibility, movement, strength, and balance.
This class is geared for all age groups. If you want to increase your

Beginning
Tai Chi
This Chinese form of exercise focuses on physical and
mental balance. You will gain strength and coordination through the
practice of these gentle, flowing movements. Registration is
