Heidi's personal training mission: Dedication toward each individuals needs, strengths/weaknesses that focuses on healthier and confident progress. I apply motivational exercise strategies during personal training which helps individuals climb out of their comfort zone allowing growth to take place. Assisting in the importance of healthy eating/nutrition and combining this along with fitness, clients will start to see results towards their personal fitness goals.

  • B.S. in Elementary Education from Millikin University
  • Certified as Tabata Bootcamp Trainer
  • Certified as Xercise Lab Master Trainer
  • Certified as TRX trainer
  • Certified as Group Fitness trainer
  • Certified as Piloxing Barre trainer
