Get Started! Customize your health and wellness goals with Activtrax. This virtual trainer serves as your workout partner and understands your wants, needs and goals. It’s simple to use, very effective and easy to get started. Schedule your Strong & Active appointment at the front desk or in the wellness center. During your appointment we will work with you to develop a customized and easy to follow plan. You will receive an overview of how to use the ActivTrax system and online nutrition tool. At the end of your appointment you will receive a day pass to share with a friend. Once enrolled, you can login to and track your progress online.

Customized Workouts! ActivTrax creates a new workout for you with every visit to the Y helping to keep your workout routine fresh and interesting. ActivTrax tells you which equipment to use, how to set the weights and how long to rest between sets. There’s also an online exercise library that shows you how to perform the exercises correctly. ActivTrax is for every member at every level; beginner, intermediate or advanced.

Nutrition Tracking! ActivTrax offers a nutrition component to complement your workout routine. Tools such as a database of over 70,000 foods will help you track your caloric intake and burn to ensure you stay on target toward reaching your goal.
