YMCA Volunteer Coaches
Youth
Sports Programs are dependent on the willingness of YMCA Volunteer
Coaches. The backbone of any YMCA Youth Super Sports program is the
volunteer coaches. As leaders, these caring adults play a large role
in the development of our youth, shaping their sporting experience,
and teaching life lessons that help our youth in making correct decisions.
Watch for Youth Sports Coaching Certification sessions coming this
spring. Volunteers become certified as a Youth Sports Coach, and then
apply their certification while working with youth in any of a variety
of sporting experiences. All
program volunteers are background screened for your child's protection.
