Youth Sports Clinics


Time to get your kids active! Our sports clinics are designed to help them develop fundamental skills and improve their cardiovascular fitness & flexibility. Let them take a break from the screens and enjoying some physical exercise.

Basketball Skills & Drills Clinic

This clinic is designed to teach the basics of dribbling, passing, shooting and defense in a fun and instructional setting all while improving fundamentals. This clinic provides enhancement to your child's overall player development! All skills are welcome!

- Available for children grades 1st - 6th

- Tuesdays, 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

- October 20 & 27, November 3 & 10

Cost: $35 Y members / $40 non-members

Pickleball Development Clinic

A fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton and ping-pong - all on a gym court. Played with a plastic or wooden paddle and a ball similar to a wiffleball but smaller. This sport is suitable for any skill level. A sport that was named after a dog named Pickles, is one of the fastest growing sports in America!

- Available for children grades 2nd - 6th

- Wednesdays, 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

- October 21 & 28, November 4 & 11

Cost: $35 Y members / $40 non-members

Sport-Fit (NEW!)

Provides youth with a packed 45-minutes of physical activity. Mixing sports with physical fitness, your child will be sure to improve their cardiovascular fitness & flexibility, build muscular strength & endurance, and improve their overall coordination. This class will provide youth with physical fitness activities as well as a variety of sport-play.

- Available for children grades 1st - 6th

- Thursdays, 4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.

- October 22 & 29, November 5 & 12

Cost: $35 Y members/ $40 non-members
