EMBRACING LIFE AFTER CANCER
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a supportive community of peers affected by cancer, all working together to improve their fitness in a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Participation in this FREE 12-week program at Decatur Family YMCA includes:
- TWICE WEEKLY MEETINGS
- FREE YMCA MEMBERSHIP FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROGRAM
- SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING WITH SPECIALLY TRAINED YMCA STAFF
2025 SESSION DATES:
- APRIL 1 - JUNE 19, 2025
Tuesday & Thursday, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm - AUGUST 26 - NOVEMBER 13, 2025
Tuesday & Thursday, 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
This program is open to any adult (18+) who is currently or has previously undergone cancer treatment and wants to regain their health and well-being.
