Ignite AM Bootcamp

Start Strong Before the Day Begins

Ignite AM Bootcamp is a small-group personal training program designed for people who are ready to work hard, stay accountable, and build a consistent fitness routine.

Classes meet every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:00 a.m., making Ignite a convenient option for third-shift workers finishing their workday and early risers who want to complete their workout before heading to work.

Each trainer-led workout features a new combination of high-intensity interval training, strength exercises, and cardiovascular conditioning. Workouts change weekly, so you can continue challenging your body without falling into the same repetitive routine.

Three mornings. One supportive group. A stronger start to your week.

A Workout That Fits Your Schedule

Finding time to exercise can be difficult when your workday, family responsibilities, and other commitments begin early.

Ignite gives you the structure to complete an effective workout before most of the community begins its day.
