LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA
A Path to Healing. A Place to Belong.
Cancer is life-changing—but so is recovery. LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA helps cancer survivors reclaim their health, rebuild strength, and connect with others who understand the journey.
This 12-week, small-group program is offered at no cost to participants and focuses on the whole person—not the disease. Our certified instructors work closely with each survivor to create a personalized fitness plan in a safe, supportive environment that promotes physical, emotional, and social well-being.
